We all have the places that we love and that we never want to leave. I love northern New England, I have a place on lake Champlain and one in Maine which we go to to ski. It is hard to leave these places that we all have because we can do things there that we can not do at home. When I got up to lake Champlain I get to fish, go tubing and golfing, which are all things that I can not do when I am at home. When ever I go somewhere I hate to leave, no mater where I am I hate to leave. The place that I hate to leave the most is north hero Vermont. Every year I go up to North hero, so every year I have to leave. The reason that I hate to leave north hero is because I can fish, tube and go golfing along with play tennis, all with out getting in the car. I can go play golf or tennis at home but we have to get in the car and drive about 25 minutes just to play tennis or go to the driving range. Even if we want to go fishing the only pond with in 10 minute is bare hill pond which to go to the beach or even put your boat in the water you need to have a beach sticker which costs about 150$ so we don't have one because we would not use it enough to make it worth our while. Also we keep our boat up in north hero because that is the only place that we use it so we boat even have a boat at home. When ever we leave I have to walk along the shore and be picked up ate the far side of the point. When I am walking the shore I have to remember that we will be up there next summer which isn't even that far away, yet it always feels lie, it will take ten years or longer. This happens when ever I travel, I have such a good time I don't want to leave. Nobody ever likes to leave a place that they are having fun in, wether it be Disney world, another country or a family house. My house in Vermont has been in the family for over 100 years and we still use just as much as my relatives did over a hundred years ago. So whenever I leave I feel like I am leaving not just the place but the people who connect me to the place.
