" Old deeds for old people, and new deeds for new people. ... One may almost doubt if the wisest man has learned anything of absolute value by living" ~ Henry David Thoreau. This is another quote by him. In this quote he is trying to tell people that they need to find their own path and discover new things on their own, because the older folks have already had there time and they only had to discover what was new in their youth not in your own. He is also trying to say that when they were young they had to do this on their own to gain knowledge of things that you find simple and the norm. Yet he wants you to have to find these things on your own. By having to find them on your own you will have to find out more along the way, so that you no mater what you do will continue to learn.
